1:1 (square feed), 4:5 (mobile feed), 9:16 (Reels + Stories), 16:9 (in-stream video). Each renders at 1080p with the right safe zones so captions and CTAs aren't clipped by Meta's overlay (the bottom Reels caption bar especially).

Can I upload directly to Meta Ads Manager?

AdLit exports MP4 files in Meta's preferred codec (H.264, AAC audio, faststart MOOV atom). Upload them directly to Ads Manager, no re-encoding needed. We don't have a direct Ads Manager API integration yet — that's on the roadmap.

Are the outputs compliant with Meta's policies?

AdLit doesn't generate content in restricted categories (regulated substances, financial-promise claims, before/after weight-loss imagery, etc.). For everything else — products, apps, services, lifestyle brands — outputs comply with standard Meta policies. Your copy + targeting still need to follow Meta's rules; we don't write your headline.

How fast can I refresh creative for a campaign?
